2. Services
SS Drywall Repair provides residential drywall repair services including but not limited to: hole and crack repair, water damage repair, popcorn ceiling removal, texture matching, and minor drywall installation (up to 8 sheets). All services are performed in New Braunfels, TX and surrounding areas.
All work is performed personally by Roland, the owner-operator of SS Drywall Repair. No work is subcontracted without explicit written agreement with the customer.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge. Written estimates are provided before any work begins. The price quoted in a written estimate is the price charged for the agreed scope of work.
If additional work is discovered during the job that was not apparent at the time of estimate, Roland will notify the customer and obtain approval before proceeding with any additional charges. No work outside the original scope will be performed without customer approval.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the job unless a different arrangement is agreed to in writing before work begins. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate.
For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before materials are purchased. Any deposit amount and terms will be specified in the written estimate.
5. Workmanship Warranty
SS Drywall Repair provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all completed jobs. This warranty covers defects in the work performed - including texture failure, joint cracking due to workmanship, or finish issues attributable to the repair itself.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by new water leaks or moisture intrusion after job completion
- Cracking caused by foundation movement, settling, or structural issues
- Damage caused by the customer or third parties after job completion
- Normal wear and tear
- Paint or finish applied by others after job completion

6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Ensure the work area is accessible and reasonably clear before Roland arrives
- Remove furniture, belongings, and floor coverings from the immediate work area prior to the job start (for popcorn ceiling removal, the entire room must be emptied)
- Ensure any active water leaks or moisture sources are repaired before drywall work begins
- Provide accurate information about the scope of work and any known conditions (prior water damage, mold history, etc.)
SS Drywall Repair is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not removed prior to the job start.
7. Cancellations and Scheduling
We ask for reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled job. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling deposit being required for future bookings.
SS Drywall Repair reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to weather, illness, or circumstances outside our control. We will provide as much notice as possible in those situations.
8. Limitation of Liability
SS Drywall Repair carries liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage to property during the course of work, Roland will address the damage directly with the customer in good faith.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, SS Drywall Repair's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
SS Drywall Repair is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
9. Website Use
The content on ssdrywallrepair.com - including text, images, and design - is the property of SS Drywall Repair. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Governing Law
